Utah storytellers, this is your call! Registration for the 2026 Halloween Edition of the Guerilla Filmmaking Challenge opens Wednesday, September 2nd. We’re inviting creatives from across the state to come together and give us chills this Halloween season.
Filmmakers will have 4 weeks to craft their short films, which will premiere before a live audience at the Electric Theater on Saturday, October 17th. An esteemed jury will present top honors, while the crowd decides the Audience Choice Award.
With cash prizes, gifts, and special perks, this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss. All skill levels are welcome—but act fast!
