For the 2026 edition, we’re bringing together a scary good lineup of features and shorts from around the world, filmmaker Q&As, industry panels, special guests, throwback screenings, and events designed to celebrate everything that goes bump in the night. From “Script to Scream: The Art of Horror Writing With Screenwriter Chris Thomas Devlin” to “Behind the Scream: The Art of Producing Horror With Christian Armogida,” expect plenty of insight from industry professionals to go along with over 55 films over the course of 4 fright-filled days.

You’ll also experience noteworthy horror titles of the past including Poltergeist (part of HorrorFest Preview Night on Tuesday, September 15th) as well as 30th anniversary screenings of Peter Jackson’s The Frighteners and Michael Dougherty's animated short, Season’s Greetings. This is to say nothing of unique special events like the world premiere of the latest creepy episode from Necro Radio and a panel headlined by the creative team behind the beloved year round haunt attraction, Universal Horror Unleashed.
