WATER BABIES

SYNOPSIS

When food was in short supply and people were starving, mothers would drown their babies in the lake to prevent them from suffering. However such an act created a curse trapping the babies spirits in the water. These spirits grew hungry and restless and would call out to women from the water to lure them to a watery grave.

Water Babies is inspired from stories from indigenous people of North America.

This film contains mature content and may not be suitable for all audiences.
