It’s going to be one hell of a night!!

For those of you attending our free upcoming Electric Film Series screening of DRAG ME TO HELL (PG-13) at 6 PM on Tuesday, October 15th, we invite you to stick around after our 15th-anniversary showing of a Sam Raimi-directed horror/comedy masterwork for a very special 16mm screening of Clive Barker’s seminal 80s horror classic, HELLRAISER. This screening will take place at 9 PM.

It’s all part of a terrifying evening we’ve deemed “Hell Night.”

Based on the sick and twisted Clive Barker-penned book of the same name, HELLRAISER finds a woman looking to bring her deceased lover back from the dead by way of a disturbing bloodletting process that will ultimately bring her family face to face with a demonic brood of hellish baddies known the Cenobites. It’s a dark and twisted little movie that would introduce the horror world to an iconic big screen boogeyman called Pinhead (played with devilish glee by an effective Doug Bradley.)

Not only is this a perfectly hellish title to follow up DRAG ME TO HELL with, but it’s also the kind of no holds barred horror effort that will serve as the ultimate lead-in into the 2024 HorrorFest International Film Festival, which opens on October 16th. What’s more, viewers will have the rare opportunity to view this name-your-own-price screening ($1 minimum) in glorious 16mm which will only add to the overall terrifying experience. Yes, that’s right…HELLRAISER will be presented in old school celluloid, courtesy of film print collector and rabid horror fan, Matt Moon. Moon will not only be on hand to present this special screening of HELLRAISER but he’ll also dish on what makes film prints so special.
