About the Event
This September, usher in a spine-tingling Halloween season early as FMASU proudly presents The 2026 HorrorFest International Film Festival. Since the early 2000s, this cinematic celebration of all things horror has been delighting audiences with independent genre films (features and shorts) from all around the globe. Along with films created by some of the newest voices in horror, HorrorFest will also showcase a few noteworthy films of the past.
This year's festivities will take place from Wednesday, September 16th thru Saturday, September 19th (with HorrorFest preview night taking place on the evening of Tuesday, September 15th) at the historic Electric Theater in beautiful St. George, UT. In addition to 4 days of unforgettable films, the proceedings will include special guests, industry panels, after-parties, horror trivia, a costume contest, an awards ceremony, and more!
